Welcome to Ruthin Produce Market - - - > Find Us
Prize winning producers return to the Ruthin Produce Market, held in the gorgeous setting of the courtyard at Ruthin Gaol and the historic market place on St Peter's Square. This atmospheric market provides the shopper with the opportunity to buy fresh and local produce in a relaxed and friendly environment, and offers an opportunity to visit the many independent and unusual shops, which are so much a part of the joy of shopping in Ruthin.
The Ruthin Honey Bun is back!!!
Successfully relaunched at the Market on the 29th September 2007 with sales approaching 200, the Ruthin Honey Bun is now exclusively available from Leonardo’s Delicatessen, Well Street, Ruthin.

We're up and running.....
It was always going to be a gamble holding our first market in April, but we were lucky with the weather and got off to a flying start.
Great to see most of the old faces back for another season and a big welcome to a few new ones.
It is always rewarding to see stalls sold out (but don't do it too often!) and we had a few of those. It was our best start to the year so far with 25 stallholders and I am confident we will be fully booked for most of the Summer.
We hope to have some more new faces at the end of May, mostly food producers which is great - watch this space.
We are also planning a "big" event for September so make a note in your diary to keep Saturday 27th September free to come to Ruthin!
See you on Saturday 31st May, usual time, usual place.

Thanks.....
Special thanks to the following for their help last year –
Ruthin Town Council for providing financial support
Cadwyn Clwyd for buying our tables, chairs, trolley and PA system
The Air Cadets for helping out as and when required
Huw “Rhesgoed” for taking charge of our promotional signs
The assorted crew who put up and took down the stalls and especially Andy Nickson
Richard Williams Builders Merchants for allowing us access to Ruthin mineral water
Collister + Glover for supplying the fittings to get Ruthin mineral water out of the ground
Ruthin NFU office for coming onboard so enthusiastically for “the countryside comes to town”
Robert Douglass for providing us with this website
Patrick Kearns for all his help
Sian Owen Ruthin’s Town Marketing Manager for devotion above and beyond…
Nigel Davies for a brilliant PR job (but don’t tell him he’ll put his fees up)
Of course the stallholders who (mostly) stick with us through thick and thin, come rain or shine
And anyone else who has who helped that I may not have mentioned
